Abstract
Fibromyalgia occurs in a prevalence of 0.6-3.2%. It is characterised b y widespread pain in combination with functional and vegetative sympto ms. The pain can change in intensity in course of time. For objectivat ion of these changes the electronic diary was used by the patient 2 ti mes per day for about 3 weeks stationary treatment. This is one of the latest methods for complaint registration by the patients themselves by the help of computer. The results were data on the course of pain a nd the therapeutic effect.
