Abstract
An analysis for prediction of the performance of a triple-basin still integrated with a solar water heater is presented. The analysis includ es presentation of the solar still and solar water heater equations, t he manipulation, and the solution of these equations. The results indi cated that the daily distillate produced can be more than doubled by i ntegrating a solar water heater to the triple-basin still. The maximum increase in the daily percentage distillate is obtained when the surf ace areas of the solar water heater and the triple-basin still are equ al.
