Abstract
Recent results on atmospheric neutrinos are reviewed. The two water-Ce renkov experiments have seen the ratio (nu)mu) + nu(mu)BAR)/(nu(e) + n u(e)BAR) significantly smaller than expected in the visible-energy ran ge of 0.2 approximately 1.5 GeV. Three experiments have reported the r esults on upward-going muons which are produced by atmospheric (nu(mu) + nu(mu)BAR) with energies larger than about 10 Gev. They compared th e observed flux of upward-going muons with calculation and found food agreement. The theoretical calculation, however, must be improved to q uantitatively compare the flux.
