Abstract
We present a computationally simple scheme, which uses only the phase angles of the complex-valued data, to estimate frequencies of two sinu soids in white Gaussian noise. The envelope data is used to resolve th e inherent ambiguity. At high SNR, satisfactory results are obtained f rom simulations and comparison with Cramer-Rao bounds.
