Abstract
Leukotrienes C4, D4, E4 (LT) were released from blood cells in vitro i n patients with anaphylactoid reaction (AR) to neuromuscular blockers (NMB). This occurred even in those with negative antibody tests, sugge sting a role for LT in AR and a useful addition to in vitro tests for diagnosis, study of mechanism and cross-reaction between NMB.
