Abstract
This paper reports the separation of narcotic and toxic alkaloids and cannabinoids from Cannabis, by overpressured thin layer chromatography (OPLC), on alumina plates, with ethylacetate for alkaloids and hexane - ethylacetate 70-30 v/v for cannabinoids, as mobile phase.
