Abstract
The atomic structure of amorphous electrodeposited Cr80C10H10 and Cr73 C12H15 alloys was investigated by wide angle X-ray and neutron scatter ing. The total structure factors and pair correlation functions were d etermined. By combination of X-ray and neutron diffraction data, parti al coordination numbers and atomic distances were obtained. Further, u sing a fast X-ray diffractometer equipped with a position sensitive de tector, the in situ crystallization behavior of these alloys was studi ed.
