Abstract
This article presents the demographic characteristics of a large group of older people who are blind, briefly reviews the literature on care giving to aging persons, and presents the concerns reported by 47 fami ly members who have a spouse or parent who is blind. Changes in the re ported concerns were measured before and after blind rehabilitation se rvices were provided to the older persons.
