Jw. Sheppard et Wr. Simpson, INTEGRATED DIAGNOSTICS .6. PERFORMING EFFECTIVE FAULT ISOLATION IN INTEGRATED DIAGNOSTICS, IEEE design & test of computers, 10(2), 1993, pp. 78-90
In the sixth and final article of their series, the authors develop fa
ult trees, using an entropy-directed search process without modificati
ons or constraints. Then they add factors typically encountered at dif
ferent levels of fault isolation to modify and constrain the search pr
ocess. Finally, they develop new fault trees to illustrate the impact
of these factors.
