Abstract
A new film has been developed for the autoradiography and photography of flat objects. It is especially useful for recording electrophoretic patterns in sequencing gels or membranes containing DNA with an isoto pic or chemiluminescent label. The film produces sharper images becaus e of the use of a single-sided emulsion. It can be processed at temper atures up to 45-degrees-C and is sufficiently sensitive to produce a s equencing gel pattern in 10 min (chemiluminescent label) or 3 h (P-33 label), starting with about 1 pmole of template DNA.
