Pleomorphic T cell lymphoma of the medium to large cell type expressin
g CD30 antigen is a most aggressive peripheral T cell lymphoma. Curren
tly, there is no satisfactory treatment available for this neoplasm. W
e report the case of a woman with prominent skin and bone marrow invol
vement without detectable lymph node localization. This unusual presen
tation of disease responded well to polychemotherapy combined with aut
ologous bone marrow transplantation.
