Abstract
We report a patient who developed a subungual radiodermatitis 25 years following radiotherapy for a verruca of the lateral nail fold. The di fferent stages and the treatment of chronic radiodermatitis of the nai l apparatus are described. We want to emphasize the late onset of such lesions and the prime importance of the anamnesis.
