Abstract
Deficiency of mullerian inhibitory factor (MIF) is a disorder that is usually diagnosed during a surgical intervention. Determination of MIF levels has made accurate diagnosis possible. This report describes a family with three pairs of twins in which one of every pair was affect ed. To our knowledge, there are eight previous reports of 2 pairs of s iblings in the literature, but none of three pairs [7].
