Abstract
4-Substituted cis/trans-cyclohexanecarboxylates have been separated in to the isomers by enzymatic hydrolysis with lipase from Candida rugosa with very good selectivity. The enzyme preferentially recognizes dieq uatorial conformations. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
