Abstract
Stimulation of cerebellar interpositus nucleus and fastigial nucleus c ould influence the neuronal activity of lateral hypothalamic area in t he cat, and some of the neurons which respond to the cerebellar stimul ations are glucose-sensitive neurons. These results suggest that the c erebellum is involved not only in motor control, but also in the regul ation of non-somatic functions through the cerebella-hypothalamic path ways.
