This paper presents the results of a theoretical study of inhomogeneou
s magnetic states (a stripe domain structure and a hexagonal bubble la
ttice) that exist in uniaxial magnetic films with an arbitrary deviati
on of the easy magnetization axis from the normal n parallel to e(z) t
o the developed surface, in the vicinity of lines of reorientational p
hase transitions, induced by a magnetic field H = H(perpendicular to)e
(x) + H(parallel to)e(z). For the reorientational phase transitions a
form of the state diagram on the (H-parallel to,H-perpendicular to) pl
ane is determined. The effects of magnetization fluctuations on the re
sults obtained an discussed.
