Abstract
Magnetic-sensitive dextran-ferrite microspheriods (MSDFM) with a diame ter of approximately 100 nm were converted to dextran polyaldehyde-fer rite and used for immobilizing immunoglobulins and anti-streptokinase antibodies. Covalent binding of immunoglobulin on MSDFM yields an immu nosorbent as confirmed by immunoenzyme assay.
