Abstract
A case of Diffuse Mediastinic Lipomatosis (ML) is described, associate d to exogenous obesity, infrequent entity, which is comprehended withi n the causes which can cause mediastinic broadening. The clinical char acteristics of our observation and the general aspects of interest are reviewed for this type of mediastinic affectation.
