Abstract
Peptide analogs of the N-terminal portion of fibrin alpha-chain were p repared and their inhibitory effects on fibrinogen/thrombin clotting w ere examined. Of the synthetic peptides, H-Cly-Pro-Arg-Pro-Pro-NH2 exh ibited the most potent inhibitory effect.
