Abstract
We report an exceptional case of multiple miliary osteomas of the face in an elderly woman, which developed in the absence of previous infla mmatory or neoplastic skin disease. Excellent aesthetic results were a chieved by surgical removal of about 90 miniature stones present in th e facial skin of the patient.
