Abstract
Simple and efficient synthesis of a new H-phosphonothionylating reagen t, 9-fluorenemethyl H-phosphonothioate, was developed. The synthetic u tility of the reagent has been demonstrated in the preparations of nuc leoside H-phosphonothioate, nucleoside phosphorothioate, and nucleosid e phosphorodithioate monoesters.
