Abstract
We describe a mother and daughter with typical cri du chat syndrome. P revious investigators have noted the lack of information about the rep roductive fitness of patients with this disorder. This report demonstr ates that females with cri du chat syndrome are fertile, can gestate a nd likewise deliver affected offspring, which has significant manageme nt and counseling implications.
