Abstract
The method of a constant charging current is applied to study processe s of polarization build-up and space charge accumulation in ferroelect ric polymers. A phenomenological model is constructed which adequately explains experimentally observed features. A coercive field and a rem anent polarization are evaluated by fining the experimental data in th e model.
