Abstract
Hepatic adenoma is an unusual complication of pregnancy Most of these lesions are solitary and associated with hormonal contraceptives. We b elieve ours is the first case of successful resection of multifocal he patic adenoma during pregnancy in a patient with no history of oral co ntraceptive use.
