Abstract
Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ES-MS) was utilized to accu rately measure the molecular weight of uniformly N-15 and C-13/N-15 is otope labeled stromelysin catalytic domain (20 kDa), which in turn was used to determine the degree of isotope enrichment in the protein.
