Abstract
The peformance of many digital systems requires that the interconnecti ons on a printed board assembly (PBA) are considered as a transmission on line. The work details a method of using the boundary scan test te chnique to test for the presence or absence of the terminating resisto rs required, in addition to a conventional interconnect test, during m anufacturing.
