Abstract
A broadband circularly polarised (CP) microstrip antenna in a two-side d structure is presented. The newly developed transmission line model of the microstrip antenna and the simplified real frequency technique are employed to design the lossless matching networks. Measurements sh ow that the designed CP antenna has broad gain bandwidth, good polaris ation purity, and low input VSWR.
