Abstract
The Letter proposes and experimentally demonstrates the coupling, in t he forward direction of two mutually incoherent beams in a photorefrac tive BaTiO3 crystal. The photoinduced grating exhibits a diffraction e fficiency or 0.3% at 633 nm.
