Abstract
Most patients with hepatic cell adenomas present dramatically with an acute abdominal crisis associated with hemorrhage and an upper abdomin al mass. We present an unusual case of hepatic cell adenoma presenting as a right lower quadrant mass and review the current literature conc erning this tumor.
