Abstract
Fiber optic sensors are finding increased usage in aerospace guidance and control applications due to their light weight, immunity to electr omagnetic interference, high bandwidth and sensitivity, and solid-stat e, all-passive nature. This article reviews fiber optic sensors, with particular emphasis on aerospace applications.
