Abstract
The authors some of which are disciples of I. A. Oding develop his ide as by suggesting a new method for fabricating composite materials by m elting consumable electrodes. By a preliminary estimate, the economic effect from the installation of this technological process will exceed the effect from the use of other methods for fabricating composite ma terials by a factor of 2 - 3.
