Abstract
A large retroperitoneal liposarcoma presented clinically as an ovarian tumour in an infertile woman. The importance of computed tomography i n the differential diagnosis and the appropriate management of retrope ritoneal liposarcoma is presented with a review of the relevant litera ture.
