Abstract
Hydridotetrakis(triphenylphosphine)rhodium(I) acts as an effective cat alyst for the reactions of alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds w ith silanes to give regioselectively the enol silyl ethers in a 1,4-hy drosilation.
