In the large-N(c) limit, the LAMBDA(b) and LAMBDA(c) can be treated as
bound states of chiral solitons and mesons containing a heavy quark.
We show that the soliton and heavy meson are bound in an attractive ha
rmonic oscillator potential. The Isgur-Wise function for LAMBDA(b) -->
LAMBDA(c)e-nu(e)BAR decay is computed in the large-N(c) limit. Correc
tions to the form factor which depend on m(N)/m(Q) can be summed exact
ly (m(N) and m(Q) are the nucleon and heavy quark masses). We find tha
t this symmetry breaking correction at zero recoil is only 1%.
