Abstract
In this work, measurements of the K(alpha) line from pure samples (Z = 20, 22, and 23), using synchrotron radiation of different energies, w ere carried out. Experimental evidence of the presence of double K hol es and their effects on x-ray-fluorescence spectra is reported. The in fluence of multielectron transitions in calculations related to spectr ochemical analyses is discussed.
