Abstract
The significance of CT-scan-detected seminal vesicle enlargement was i nvestigated by correlating preoperative CT scans and pathologic findin gs for 25 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy. Seminal vesicle s ize was found to be a poor predictor of pathologic involvement when co mpared with tumor differentiation and obliteration of seminal vesicle angle.
