Abstract
We report a case of true carcinosarcoma involving the urinary bladder, ureter, and renal pelvis in an eighty-year-old man. The patient under went transurethral resection of the bladder tumor and left nephrectomy , followed by combination chemo- and radiotherapy. He died eighteen mo nths after the nephrectomy.
