Abstract
The following is a description of the new clean vacuum (P < 10(-5) Pa) , baking (150-degrees-C), precision (deltaphi < 0.0001 mm) fast action ing (tau < 10(-3) s) drive, based on magnetic and dielectric liquids. These features are apparent following the elimination of such basic de tails as the hydraullc drive-like piston, and electromechanic valves a nd due to using new elements such as the thin - wall elastic thermores istant tube, magnetic or dielectric rheology distributor, magnetic or dielectric liquids (suspensions or emulsion).
