Abstract
A patient presented with a reno-cutaneous fistula revealing a xanthogr anulomatous pyelonephritis secondary to staghorn calculus. Total nephr ectomy was necessary because of renal destruction. This treatment allo wed closure of the fistula and a good clinical result.
