Abstract
Equilibrium moisture of 4 complete feeds was determined at 20-degrees, 30-degrees, 40-degrees and 50-degrees-C and at 12, 33, 46, 52, 75 and 96% (+/- 0.5) RH. The equilibrium moisture of sodium hydroxide-treate d wheat straw-based complete feeds was significantly (P < 0.05) higher than of untreated wheat straw-based complete feeds. The fungus was de veloped earlier on the complete feed blocks containing untreated straw than treated wheat straw. The feed blocks were held safely for longer period temperature at 20-degrees to 50-degrees-C at 50% relative humi dity.
