Abstract
The resolution of binary mixtures that have spectral interferences in molecular fluorescence is carried out using apparent content curves. T he use of this mathematical method permits the identification of the n ature of the interferent in binary analyte-interferent mixtures. The r esolution of binary mixtures is however carried out without using a st andard interference solution. The method is applied to the resolution of the binary mixtures fluorescein-acridine and fluorescein-eosin. The results are satisfactory in both cases.
