Abstract
This paper describes a three-dimensional digital color decoder system to convert composite NTSC or PAL video signals into cross color-free, high picture quality digital component video signals. In this system, the Y/C crosstalk is measured by means of three-dimensional crosstalk measurement filters which the authors have newly devised so as to adap tively control the three-dimensional Y/C separation filters.
