Abstract
The aim of this research is to define a suitable method for comparing the compressibility of acetaminophen granulations. This paper focuses on the derivation of the method and how it will be applied in a large- scale production environment. This new tool will also aid in the analy sis of new formulations on a smaller scale in a lab environment. The r esult is the use of the Leuenberger model for consolidation, which acc urately describes the ease of compaction.
