Abstract
We report the benefits of clomipramine-fluoxetine combination in four cases of severe obsessive compulsive disorder. In two cases, the combi nation was effective when either drug used singly was ineffective. In the other two cases, fluoxetine adjunct produced benefits with no addi tional side effects.
