Abstract
A canine mammary fibrosarcoma cell line was established by serial tran splantation in nude mice and in vitro using a third passage tumor. His tological, immunohistochemical, genomic and ultrastructural investigat ions were done at various steps. This technique could allow better cha racterization of various types of canine mammary neoplasms.
