An analytical treatment of quasi-equilibrium carrier transport in diso
rdered materials at moderate electric fields is presented. The transpo
rt equation derived has the form of a conventional Fokker-Plank equati
on with drift, diffusion and field-assisted diffusion terms. General f
ormulae are obtained for drift mobility as well as for the coefficient
s of conventional and field-assisted diffusion. The temperature depend
ences of these quantities are considered for different energy distribu
tions of localized states.
