The dielectric relaxation times and static permittivity of the binary
mixtures of water and methylhydrazine, CH3NHNH2 or 1,1-dimethylhydrazi
ne (CH3)2NNH2 are determined in supercooled conditions down to 150K. F
or each system, these properties can be modeled using chemical associa
tions of the type (H2O)m(RR'NNH2)p and, also, self associations for pu
re hydrazines.
