The two stage maximization problem with linked constraints on control
and perturbations formulated in the first part is simplified by giving
the firm a store. An optimal control algorithm compensating for slipp
age in contracted supplies to the store with exact and complete curren
t information is formulated analytically. The worst perturbations for
the allowed control conditions and quality measure are found. Among th
e worst are both intuitively expected perturbations, and unexpected on
es, furthermore they are not always adjacent, despite the linearity of
the initial constraints and quality measure for these perturbations.
The appearance of intermediate values as the worst is explained by a d
omino between the active control and the perturbations, changing the i
nitial linear criterion to a nonmonotonic piecewise linear one.
