J. Bartella et al., ROUND-ROBIN STUDY OF THE INA-3 USERS FORUM - TECHNICAL AL AND STEEL SAMPLES, Fresenius' journal of analytical chemistry, 346(1-3), 1993, pp. 131-133
Parallel to the introduction of the first commercial electron-gas SNMS
system INA-3, a forum of nearly all middle-European users was establi
shed. One of the first activities was a round robin study to check the
reproducibility of quantification parameters. First results showed pr
onounced differences of sensitivity factors in many cases. As a conseq
uence some experimental rules have been worked out. Their effect on re
producibility was checked in a second round robin study.
