Abstract
Fluorescently labelled smooth muscle talin like native talin interacts with negatively or partly negatively charged lipid monolayers. This w as measured in time/area diagrams using the film balance technique com bined with fluorescence imaging after double photolabelling of talin a nd phospholipids.
